Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for software and web solutions
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, Google Ads, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with the technical team to align sales strategies with service capabilities
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services, web development, and SaaS concepts
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media promotion
- Ability to generate and manage leads through multiple channels
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or marketing automation tools
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience in B2B software or IT service sales
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and content marketing
- Ability to write professional emails and sales proposals
