Join our dynamic team at Inficod Technology, a fast-growing IT company delivering modern web applications and digital solutions. Weโ€™re looking for a Software Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive business growth through smart lead generation, client relationship building, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities for software and web solutions
  2. Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements
  3. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations
  4. Manage digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, Google Ads, etc.)
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  6. Collaborate with the technical team to align sales strategies with service capabilities
  7. Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools

Required Skills

  1. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  2. Basic understanding of IT services, web development, and SaaS concepts
  3. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media promotion
  4. Ability to generate and manage leads through multiple channels
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or marketing automation tools

Preferred / Bonus Skills

  1. Experience in B2B software or IT service sales
  2. Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and content marketing
  3. Ability to write professional emails and sales proposals

Other Requirements

  1. 1โ€“3+ years of experience in software or IT sales/marketing
  2. Goal-oriented and self-driven mindset
  3. Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills
  4. Should be able to work from office
